Firstly I will say, Why Would not accept Islam?
Islam is the religion named Islam because of its action (submit to Allah) Islam means Submit to Allah and this is an action you can see in all other religions like Christianity (isayat) named by his God (whom we call prophet Jesus (isa). And Hindu came from the Hind.
So Basically, I want to explain that Islam is first unique by name then secondly Allah says in the Quran: If there were therein gods beside Allah, then verily both (the heavens and the earth) had been disordered. Glorified be Allah, the Lord of the Throne, from all that they ascribe (unto Him).
If you understand this verse with your logic and mind you easily understand that Allah says that it is impossible to have More than one God if it would be then One would say now will be night another one would say no, now will be rain.
Thirdly the way Christ made a son of God and they think that he is also dead. I mean are they serious how can they say their God is dead? Just unbelievable things they say.
Allah has no nose no body, he is clean from eating, sleep, help. Even we are in need of this stuff.
That’s called a true God!

Yes, indeed, Gen Z and Millennials are playing a transformative role in reshaping the future of work, culture, and technology. One notable trend is the emphasis on remote work and flexible schedules. These generations prioritize work-life balance and value the ability to work from anywhere, leveraging advancements in technology to redefine traditional office structures.
Another striking aspect is the commitment to diversity, inclusion, and social responsibility in the workplace. Gen Z and Millennials often seek employers who align with their values and actively contribute to social and environmental causes. This has led to a shift in corporate cultures towards more inclusive and socially responsible practices.
In terms of technology, the rapid adoption of digital tools and platforms for communication, collaboration, and learning is remarkable. Gen Z, in particular, is known for its digital nativism, driving innovation in how technology is integrated into work processes and daily life.
Culturally, these generations are challenging traditional norms and fostering a more inclusive and open-minded society. They are driving conversations around mental health, breaking stigmas, and promoting authenticity in both personal and professional spheres.
The rise of gig economy jobs, entrepreneurship, and a preference for experiences over material possessions are additional trends that stand out. Overall, the influence of Gen Z and Millennials in reshaping the future of work is profound and is characterized by a blend of technological prowess, a commitment to values, and a desire for a more flexible and inclusive world.

The Gen Z loud budgeting trend represents a refreshing and empowering shift in how young individuals approach their finances. In a world where social media often amplifies a culture of excessive spending and materialism, the emergence of loud budgeting showcases a counter-cultural mindset among this generation.
Openly communicating about financial goals and rejecting societal pressures to engage in unnecessary spending is a commendable approach. The transparency associated with loud budgeting not only fosters a sense of accountability but also promotes financial mindfulness. By sharing these budgeting practices on platforms like TikTok, Gen Z is not only opening up about their financial journeys but also creating a supportive community that values responsible financial habits.
The adoption of loud budgeting seems particularly timely given the challenges faced by Gen Z, including the rising cost of living and the student debt crisis. This financial strategy allows them to navigate these challenges proactively, encouraging a frugal lifestyle and a focus on meaningful experiences over material possessions.
Moreover, the environmental consciousness embedded in loud budgeting aligns with Gen Z’s broader commitment to sustainability. By curbing excessive consumption, this generation is making a positive contribution toward minimizing their environmental impact, reflecting a deeper awareness of the consequences of their choices.
In essence, loud budgeting is not just about financial prudence; it’s a cultural phenomenon that reflects the values of a generation. By embracing this trend, Gen Z is redefining the narrative around spending, emphasizing authenticity, community, and personalization. It’s a bold and empowering strategy that positions Gen Z at the forefront of shaping a future where financial responsibility is not just a necessity but a celebrated aspect of their identity.

Particularly in a junior role, even if only with a specific technology stack, that really should be accepted; nobody can expect someone who has only worked with a technology stack and a mass of source code for half a year to be as productive as someone who has been doing the same for years.
